Planning a door and requesting a quote

The door planner helps you share an idea with us. Submitting a configuration or inquiry does not place an order, reserve a production slot or create a purchase agreement. We confirm availability, specifications, pricing, delivery and timing with you separately.

We aim to review quote requests within one business day. A finished quote may require more information, drawings or a consultation. Production lead times depend on the project and current workload.

Materials, measurements and installation

Wood grain, knots, color and finish vary naturally. Website photos and wood samples are references, not a guarantee that a finished piece will look identical. Screens and lighting can also affect how color appears.

Any measurement or framing guidance on the website is general planning information. Confirm the actual opening, door, jamb, clearances, hardware and applicable building requirements before framing or ordering. Final specifications need to be agreed in writing.

We can discuss measurements, drawings, finish samples and delivery. Installation is arranged separately and is not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Your messages and inspiration photos

Please provide accurate contact and project information. Share only files you own or have permission to share. An inspiration photo helps explain a direction; it does not authorize us to copy another maker’s protected design.

You keep your rights in the material you submit. You allow us and the providers handling your inquiry to use it as needed to respond, prepare a quote and discuss or complete your project. Sending a photo does not give us permission to publish it in our portfolio or advertising.

Please do not upload malicious files, interfere with the website or use the forms for spam or unlawful content.

Website content and links

Website content may belong to Scott Dave LLC or to other rights holders. Viewing it does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reproduce it commercially. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable permissions and licenses.

Links to other websites are provided for reference. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We may update the information and features on this website as our work and available options change.

Custom orders and your rights

The written agreement for your project should set out the approved design, price, payment schedule, changes, cancellation, delivery and any warranty or care requirements. These website terms do not create a separate lifetime warranty or replace any rights you have under applicable law.
